and sat through a presentation

reading those slides word-for-word? I have. Never again.
Training should be more than interesting, it should
be relevant and useful. Training should do more
than keep you awake, it should be enthusiastic
and motivational. Training should challenge your
mind, involve you, and give you something of value.
