Why Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is conversation that takes place in a professional relationship that provides an opportunity for change and growth. It can help people retrain their minds to think about themselves and the world more positively. It can help parents and children find new ways to build healthier relationships. It can help people who are grieving find safe emotional and spiritual places in their life in order to grieve well and incorporate a painful loss into their life. It can help people in committed relationships find clarity and direction in an atmosphere of respect. It can help people who are struggling with the use of mood altering substances to put their feet on the floor, get a reality check, and make better choices for themselves.
